Truly outstanding. Kirsten (and Gordon) is an excellent vet, very patient and extremely caring. Cannot praise Palmer and Duncan more. They look after my little Benjamin (and me) so well. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Malcolm our 4 year old border terrier had been taken ill (renal failure) and sadly he had to be out to sleep. I was contacted and given the sad news and arrangement were made for My Wife myself and 2 young sons to be present when he went to sleep. The Vet gave us some of Malcolm’s Hair for us to keep we had him cremated and his Ashes where returned to us to spread in his favoured spot in out garden.Thank you for your compassion and care over this difficult time

I would like to say a big thank you to Palmer and Duncan who cared for my cat recently after he was attacked by a dog or a fox and left him with serious injuries. This occurred out of surgery hours but when we arrived at Palmer and Duncans a vet was waiting there for us. Emergency treatment was started immediately and it was discovered that his injuries were serious enough to be life threatening. Thanks to the skilled medical attention he received immediately upon arrival he not only survived the attack but is now making good progress on the road to recovery.
